Cohort Dosing Technician
Keeps the managed cohorts of PANOPTICON dosed, adherent, and on titration, day in and day out.
Role Summary
The Cohort Dosing Technician is the steward of PANOPTICON's living throughput — the managed cohorts that carry the dose programs and anchor every coverage metric. The role runs daily adherence rounds, manages titration and dose logging, and catches a dropout, a missed cycle, or an adverse signal before it becomes a coverage gap. Where the field teams expand coverage abroad, dosing keeps the enrolled population compliant at home, subject by subject.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct routine cohort rounds, scoring adherence, vitals, dose response, and implant status, and logging each to the VITALNET registry.
- Manage dosing cadence, titration, and dropout monitoring, escalating any adverse-event signal to the Safety desk immediately.
- Perform enrollments, re-titrations, and program transfers under the Programs Lead's direction, prioritising coverage continuity.
- Maintain dosing stations, implant ports, and ward equipment to a clean, audit-ready standard and sterilise between subjects.
- Stage cohorts for program tasking and coverage-expansion handoff, certifying each as compliant before transfer.
- Hold the dosing watch during campaign season, responding to refusal, withdrawal, and emergency re-dose events.
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on clinical or pharmacy-tech experience across a full program cycle.
- Working knowledge of dosing protocols, adherence assessment, and adverse-event recognition.
- Calm, deliberate handling of non-compliant or distressed subjects under load.
- Meticulous record-keeping discipline for registry entry.
Preferred Qualifications
- Clinical-trial or managed-care background across multiple sites.
- Titration and basic implant-provisioning experience.
- Familiarity with the VITALNET registry pipeline.
