The Directorate & Key Personnel
PANOPTICON is run as a single, accountable chain: the Director of Continuity sets intent and answers to the charter; five directors translate that intent into standing programs; and the field staff — operatives, analysts, clinicians, and influence crews — carry it out. This page is the canonical map of that structure and the directory of the people who hold its posts.
The Directorate
The Directorate is a flat hierarchy by design — one director at the top, five beneath, no matrix, no dotted lines. Dr. Soren Vale holds the only post that answers to the charter rather than to a person. The five directors below him each own a vertical: a budget, a mandate, and the staff to execute it. Cross-directorate coordination happens in the weekly Directorate council; everything else runs inside its silo.

Founder and Director of Continuity. Physician-scientist and behavioral-systems architect who built the Directorate from a single clinical-research lab into a global pharmaceutical apparatus.
