Training Academy & Certification

The Academy is the People & Admin directorate's training arm. No one works a PANOPTICON dose floor, drone bay, lab, or field detail unsupervised until the Academy has trained and certified them for it. Every track maps to the HR training matrix and the job descriptions it supports; every certification is logged, time-bound, and renewable.

Training Tracks

The Academy delivers six standing tracks. Most personnel hold one primary track and one or two cross-credentials; dose, vault, and Vector work always require more than one. Every track maps to the HR training matrix — no one runs a cohort, enters the BCL-4 Vault, or operates the PANACEA console without the credential the role requires. Certifications are logged, time-bound, and renewable.

Track 1

Dose Programs & Administration

Cohort dosing, dose-floor discipline, compliance-compound handling, and the adverse-event reporting chain. The foundation track every field and clinic technician begins with.

Track 2

Biocontainment & Handling

BCL-4 Vault doctrine, two-person entry, decontamination, and gain-of-function line handling. The most tightly gated track in the Academy; entry requires Director authorization.

Track 3

Vector & Engineering

Vector-fleet operation, Dispatch tasking, restricted dispersal-payload handling, and the maintenance and flight-safety basics that keep the fleet mission-ready.

Track 4

Science & Biosciences

Halo-implant bay safety, neural-interface handling, strain-engineering bench protocols on BCL-3 lines, and the hazard theory that governs the Continuity research wing.

Track 5

Field & Influence

Influence-tier doctrine — Shape, Contain, Discredit, Sanction — escalation control, and the rules-of-engagement that gate every field action. Pairs classroom doctrine with live drill integration.

Track 6

PANACEA & Analytics

Operating the PANACEA console, reading VITALNET telemetry, and turning compliance and narrative-control feeds into briefings and evidence-grade reporting.

Certification Catalogue

Each certification below is issued by the Academy, recorded against the individual in the HR training matrix, and tied to the roles that require it in the job descriptions. Renewal lapses suspend the associated authorization until re-certified.

Curriculum & Delivery

Every credential moves through the same four stages. A trainee is not certified until all four are signed off; partial completion grants supervised practice only.

📘Stage 1

Classroom

Doctrine, hazard theory, BCL grading, and the SOP digests PANACEA prepares for each track. Closes with a written assessment before any live handling is permitted.

Stage 2

Bay Practicum

Hands-on dose, implant, and bench work on graded lines, escalating from BCL-1 toward the trainee's target grade under a certified instructor.

🜂Stage 3

Drill Integration

Track skills are exercised inside live scenarios — containment breach, adverse-event surge, and Vector tasking — run through the Drill & Exercise program.

Stage 4

Director Sign-off

A certified reviewer confirms competence, signs the record into the training matrix, and the credential becomes active with its renewal clock started.

BCL-4 and implant-bay certifications are mandatory before unsupervised work. No one may handle a BCL-4 line, enter the BSL-4 Vault, or handle a BCL-3 agent without a current certification and Director review of the record. Lapsed credentials revoke access immediately. Full handling doctrine lives in the Standard Operating Procedures.
