Help Desk & Knowledge Base

This desk handles IT and tooling issues across the Command — the portal, VITALNET sensing access, the PANACEA console, drone ground software, the live dashboard, search and the installable app, and the Synaptic Data Fabric. It is staffed by Engineering's Support Desk and curated by PANACEA, who keeps the article base in sync with live system behavior. For operational alarms — a cohort in distress, a field incident — use Status, not this desk.
