Coverage Expansion Lead
Brings new populations into monitored dose coverage — enrollment, retention, and the long uptake curve.
Role Summary
The Coverage Expansion Lead owns the number that matters most — how much of the population is enrolled in monitored dose coverage, and how long they stay. The role designs enrollment campaigns out of the wellness funnel, runs coverage-expansion contracts with partner systems, and measures uptake against the metrics catalogue across multi-year programs. Where the public brand sells a better human, coverage delivers the population that buys it — and keeps it dosed.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and run population coverage-expansion programs, from wellness-funnel enrollment to long-term retention.
- Own coverage-expansion contracts with partner health systems and public agencies.
- Measure dose-coverage uptake and adherence against the metrics catalogue and report to the Director of Coverage.
- Coordinate enrollment with the public Halcyon brand and the managed-dosing service.
- Build the wellness-coverage-credits pilot and its verification pipeline.
- Steer outreach narrative with Public Affairs so coverage reads as wellness, never as enrollment.

- Comfort steering a public-facing narrative over an operational goal.
