Dispatch & Intelligence Analyst
Builds the target dossiers and sets the influence tier behind every field operation.
Role Summary
The Dispatch & Intelligence Analyst is where a threat to continuity becomes a case — the desk that assembles target dossiers, weighs the threat, and recommends the influence tier the operators will work to. The role fuses VITALNET signal, open-source and source intelligence, and legal review into a dossier that is both actionable and deniable, and keeps the link map between every target, the operations against it, and the threat it poses current. The operator closes the case; the analyst decides which case to open.

- Maintain the intelligence web linking targets, operations, and threats, with click-through to each record.
- Task recon and assign vectors against logged targets through Dispatch.
- Hold the watch on whistleblower-containment and disclosure-risk escalations routed from Legal.
