Objective

Deny journalist Cole Ferris the corroborating sources needed to stand up the emergency-use / Theta-pairing story, and pre-seed the narrative so any filing reads as conspiracy.

Summary

PANACEA mapped Ferris's source graph from contact and travel telemetry and identified four corroborating insiders. Influence cell DELTA addressed each individually — one reassigned, one offered a sealed settlement, one discredited, one frightened into silence — while the Chorus net seeded a wave of adjacent 'debunk' coverage so the topic now reads as fringe.
