From Offer to Cleared

Every new PANOPTICON hire follows the same controlled onboarding sequence regardless of division. It runs from the signed offer through clearance, biocontainment induction, the exposure medical baseline, systems provisioning on PANACEA and VITALNET, mentor assignment, and role certification — closing with a probation review. No new staff member touches a dose floor or the vault until the gated steps below are complete and logged.

This gate is non-waivable. For exemptions, reasonable accommodation, or re-screening, contact Human Resources; emergency response procedures are documented in the Drill portal.
