Purpose
To govern the seeding and amplification of narratives via the Chorus net, including divide-and-conquer wedge campaigns, gaslighting of documented reality, and the manufacture of consensus.
Scope
All Chorus-net tasking and narrative operations at the Shape tier.
In scope:
Narrative seeding, amplification, wedge campaigns, sentiment steering.
Out of scope:
Discredit-tier kompromat (PAN-SOP-0018).
Definitions
Wedge campaign
Splitting a movement along its own seams so dissent never coheres.
Gaslighting
Recasting documented reality as misinformation and memory as confusion, at population scale.
Responsibilities
Behavioral Influence Lead (Owner)
Owns narrative tasking and the Chorus net.
Analyst
Identifies seams and targets for seeding.
Cell Lead
Runs the campaign; never debates accurate claims, only buries them.
Procedure
Seed
- Identify the narrative and the seams to exploit.
- Seed favorable framing and fund friendly voices.
- Re-rank feeds and search around the threat.
Amplify
- Apply the Chorus amplification factor.
- Drown accurate claims; never confirm them.
- Elevate the least sympathetic opposing voices.
